RECORDS AND PUBLISHING
Milk & Honey Records kicked off in fall of 2025 with a vision to give back to songwriters, the community that put Milk & Honey on the map, while building a catalog of master recordings for the company. Additionally, the label is positioned to offer full transparency to its clients, and more artist friendly deals.
M&H partnered with The Orchard to launch the label and are off to the races signing both management clients and new artists not managed by the company alike. Milk & Honey Music Publishing is the company’s publishing arm built to sign and develop writers from an earlier stage than our management division. M&H partnered with Kobalt to launch the publishing company, and have already started signing writers. This is the company’s 5th publishing arm since 2014, and its third go round with Kobalt. Publishing is yet another exciting spoke on the wheel at Milk & Honey. Put a small logo for Kobalt and link to kobalt.

Lucas Keller
Established in 2014, Milk & Honey Music + Sports has seen fast global expansion. Founder and President Lucas Keller is a 22-year veteran of the music industry, and a self proclaimed outsider to Hollywood, originating from the midwest. From a small apartment in Los Angeles as a lean start-up to a multi-national entertainment company, the company was built with a blue-collar hands on ethos.
Milk & Honey was built as a traditional management company for the music division, and an agency and marketing company on the sports side. Keller made a name for himself first managing rock acts and then later as one of the top managers representing and advocating for songwriters and producers. He credits helping the American songwriter as a life-changing inflection point in his career.
As the company expanded, the artist division took flight with a focus on electronic music, and the sports agency was later born with a belief that the same great representation and advocacy could be brought to the sports world.
Prior to Milk & Honey, Lucas Keller was of a small group of music managers at Beverly Hills music/tv/film powerhouse, The Collective (a group who represented Linkin Park, Kanye West, Enrique Iglesias, Slash, Peter Gabriel and others) and also staged Grammy winning come backs with legends like Jimmy Cliff and Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots.
Keller is an advocate for songwriter rights, cancer research, LGBTQ+, and improving Los Angeles.
In 2025, Variety named Lucas Keller one of the top dealmakers in Hollywood.
